Shipping Policy

Pre-Order Items
Items labeled as “preorder” require additional processing time. Please allow 2–4 weeks for production, followed by 1–2 weeks for delivery.

Premade Items
Items marked as “premade” are ready to ship. They will be shipped within the timeline stated in the product description (typically the next business day or within 2–3 days).
Note: “Ships in 2–3 days” refers to the time it takes for us to send out your order, not the delivery time.
